CPU Usage of container is wrong in panel

Current Behavior

it shows like 2x to 10 times more then actual cpu usage(compare to htop or docker status)

Expected Behavior

it should show usage whichs is true, not a broken usage info

Steps to Reproduce

install wings on rhel9 with podman and podman-docker with steps provided in here run any server see resoults(it sometimes even can show up to 6400%(server have 2x16c32t with total 64t) but in htop fells like only single core is near 100% and others have load like idle)

do not say is theme issue(that is tested in https://discord.com/channels/122900397965705216/817872891764670514/1216424695524626492 )

there is no error log for this(as it isn't a fetal error)
