The server suspension notice does not appear on the client front-end.

Current Behavior

The message that said the server was suspended is no longer being displayed in the new client front-end. This currently results in an infinite load.

Expected Behavior

Display the message saying that the server has been suspended.

Steps to Reproduce

1 - Suspend the server. 2 - See the client front-end. 3 - Voiala!
