Describe the feature you would like to see.

Since Pterodactyl has a lot of moving parts and multiple different ways that it can be configured, I think it would be beneficial for the software to have a proper UI for configurations after its initial set-up. There are also other issues which would benefit from this such as #4130 & #4058. These settings would also include the General Settings, Email Settings & Advanced Settings, but also settings from the files config/pterodactyl.php & config/activity.php

Describe the solution you'd like.

What I imagine is a settings screen like the one from WHMCS, Discord or GitHub. Basically, a screen with different tabs for setting categories and sections of the app.

An example of usage for this feature could be from #4130, where you’re able to choose whether the default should be a per-node level or at the account level for logging in with an SSH key for SFTP
