Can't use Turkish letters like ş, ı, ğ...

Current Behavior

Hi! I can't use Turkish letters with Pterodactyl.

Expected Behavior

It must show Turkish letters like ş, ı, ğ.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Turkish letters in any text (like MOTD)
2. Check the text
3. The Turkish letters are square

Wings Version

1.6

Games and/or Eggs Affected

Minecraft (Vanilla) but it's just egg, I actually use Purpur for server jar.
