I'm not well acquainted with the acception process at all, but I stumbled upon http://open-std.org/JTC1/SC22/WG21/docs/papers/2016/p0323r1.pdf which is dated 2016-10-12, if any of your links needs updating?

Otherwise just drop this issue!

@viboes - I found your repo just seconds later. Good thing you followed up here to create a lead; this repo ends up high in google results for some reason.

@ptal, perhaps make some exclamations in the readme — pointing forward?
