Option to hide inline images if the line matches certain strings (such as "nsfw")

Having images show inline is handy, but I'd like to be able to block images from showing if the line matches certain strings I provide, such as "nsfw" (not safe for work).

I'm using v2.39 and this is what I see: image

I've added a checkbox child to "Show image links in inline" that will allow you to hide any images that are marked as NSFW.
