feature request: selectable download path for dcc

As title says, would be great to get a configuration slot to enter the path where incoming files via DCC will end up, instead of them being forced to ~/Downloads/.

I agree, I moved to a dual-drive config, with an SSD for OS/APPs and an external regular HDD for everything else.

It would be great to be able to re-direct Limechat's DCC downloads to another folder without having to symlink the entire "Downloads" folder which is less than ideal when the external drive isn't connected.
