Readme is outdated

Hi, the readme is entirely outdated. You cannot install airwave with those instructions anymore.

  • The listed wine version is outdated twice.
  • The SDK instructions are outdated, see https://github.com/phantom-code/airwave/issues/92

Airwave is not working for me on Ubuntu 18.04 anymore and I don't know why. Updated instructions would be a good start, though.

It would be a pitty if this repo just deprecates, because airwave is an awesome tool.
