Two different types of glitchyness.

Hey! Love this project and have spent tons of time building my very own Ledder net.

I am however having some issues with it currently. Whenever I play an effect that looks nice I get these glitches that are easier to see when brightness is set to 0 See video:

Some effects like the fire ones also look mainly like random colors? See video:

I've made sure I followed the instructions here in regards to disabling audio drivers.

A thing I have yet to try that I will try is using a 74HCT245 to boost the signal in hopes that might help? But I find it weird that the glitches in the first video happen at the same index on all LED strips that are on different pins at once. My cables are about 2-3 meters long. I'm unsure if that could be it? The glitches seem to pause when I open htop but idk if that means anything.

Hope someone can help me try to troubleshoot this 😅

The glitches if you have brightness 0 are "normal" and are always visible. usually you almost won't notice them. Im not sure if it's some driver bug or hardware artifact.

The glitches during the fire animation seem like hardware issues by either the long wires or maybe the power supply?

If you use a very low brightness, are the glitches fire animation is still that glitched?

@psy0rz I ended up trying something else. I noticed that it only happened when an effect touched the beginning 7 LED's on the strip.

If I go in and edit the DisplayRPI.js file to skip the 7 first LED's it seemingly works just fine (except the fact that I can't show anything on the first 7 LED's)
