Replace UTorrent (or at least add Deluge Support)

Describe the new feature or change:
Move from Utorrent or add different Torrent manager support. I propose Deluge it works
so much better than UTorrent. Also, I believe it has better security integrated. Support
from Utorrent is horrible anyway.

List any references (websites or forum threads) that help describe this

deluge you serious -.-', adding support for deluge maybe but taking utorrent out is

Deluge is way better plus the community at utorrent is not very helpful at all. The
Admin for utorrent is an A**hole who bans if you blink hard and wont respond to email.
I bet they are a bunch of libs in San Fran...

Hi Pete, How are you going with incorporating support for Deluge into MCM - i am ticked off completely with the ads and crap in utorrent and want to dump it!
