Application starts and trys to download ffmpeg.exe unsuccessfully

Unable to find any video detail within the app. This is a new install on a new computer build. Worked great before.

Is it failing on ffmpeg or ffprobe? but in the downloader if you click the queue you will see the url to get it directly. I know ffprobe is here will have to look up ffmpeg if that is the issue. http://forums.mediacentermaster.com/viewtopic.php?p=61021#p61021

Here ffmpeg http://download.mediacentermaster.com/ffmpeg_20180320.exe just have to rename it and put it in bin folder.
