TV titles change to <error> and NFO file is blanked if files are locked by another process

I am having a very annoying issue with the latest MCM. If files are locked by another process, e.g haneNFS, MCM changes TV titles to and all NFO information is blanked (title is changed to as well).

This occurs even if the TV titles are locked. I've had to turn off TV episode parsing from MCM for the time being. Please let me know what logs you would require. Thanks!
