MCM stops parsing if one file is locked.

Download Parser does not continue processing files if first file is unavailable to be processed.

I recode media to the parser folder so when media is completed and a file is still being encoded, so "(access denied and/or file in use by another program)" is thrown, MCM does not continue to process completed media, it just stops until everything is available.

Link to the forum thread where this was troubleshooted? My own setup goes through this regularly and it's never hung up the parser here, so if this is what's actually happening, there has to be more to it than what's described here.
