Automatically switching dictionaries based on keyboard layout language

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe. Currently, ZipChord keeps working and with the same dictionaries even if I switch my keyboard layout to a language other than English. This causes issues when trying to type something in a different language because ZipChord keeps functioning with the English dictionaries.

Describe the solution or functionality you'd like Add the ability to either pause ZipChord when using a non-English keyboard layout, or add the ability to switch dictionaries on/off based on currently working language.

Additional context In my example, I'm using a standard English (US) layout, switching to a standard Russian keyboard layout.
