Auto-reload dictionaries instead of "Reload" buttons

Instead of explicitly reloading dictionaries with the dedicated buttons, reload dictionaries on Apply and closing ZipChord window with OK.

Consider including (as option?) auto-reload of dictionaries when the content changes.
