Some plan to upgrade to latest version of Horizon?

Hi!

Just wanna check if there is any plans to upgrade this package to latest Lumen. Or if we should stop using this package and implement the regular Horizon ourself.

I don't maintain this repo, but I would merge a PR that fix this if anyone are ready to contribute.
