Add .deb for Linux

Please maintain a Debian .deb, so all we need to do is $ aptitude install package-name

I have just discovered Open Sound Meter and I really thank you @psmokotnin for this work! It will be really useful for us and I am happy to see that it is a free software which works on GNU/Linux. As I am only using Debian, I would be glad to help by packaging your software for it - I already maintain QLC+, a lighting software made with Qt too. Are you okay with that and if so, could you tell me which are the dependencies? Any advise or particularity about your software to ease the packaging would be also very appreciated.

I understand that you want to create and manage the Debian package yourself, am I right? Are you already a Debian Maintainer or do you plan to request it in order to upload the package to the distribution - and Debian-based distributions by the way?

If I have misunderstood or you change your mind, tell me! I would be happy to contribute and take care of that.
