docker image and code license

I was wondering if there exists a public docker image of DisoPred or if the code license allows generating a docker image and uploading it on a public registry such as quay.io or docker hub ?

Hi again,

As mentioned on the PSIPRED repo we don't provide docker images nor plan to for our repos. There's nothing in the licence that prevents making one nor distributing one via wholly non-commercial means.

If we make an appropriate dockerfile we'd gladly accept a pull-request for this repo.
