I thought that rotating and scale corners will only be seen when sprite is selected. Also we can show them only after double-click on sprite. Enter after every change probably...

I'm moving this issue to Milestone 0.2, cause l think Sprite Info Panel is pretty good to edit Sprites with mouse.

Moved to 0.3, not so important.
