I like your thinking :) ZAP has a lot of historical UI elements - we had a main toolbar, so it was easier adding buttons there than creating new toolbars.

Would you like a "job" as our UI redesigner? 😁 We can move stuff around easily enough .. we just need good suggestions as to where they should go 😉

Those are all HUD pages. Are any non HUD pges garbled? Have you set the language used by the ZAP desktop, if so to what?
