menu didn't show up for some application

Dear developer, I am using a brunch of non qt-based applications, such as firefox, zotero, weasis, i think firefox and zotero were written using gtk while weasis was by java, but applet-window-appmenu failed to show up for none of the application above, while applet work just fine for all of the KDE applications. I've installed the following packages,

libdbusmenu-glib libdbusmenu-gtk2 libdbusmenu-gtk3 lib32-libdbusmenu-glib lib32-libdbusmenu-gtk2 
lib32-libdbusmenu-gtk3 libdbusmenu-qt4 libdbusmenu-qt5 appmenu-qt4 appmenu-gtk-module-git 

but they took no effect, is there any extra packages I missing or setting I need to altered?
