stops working after some minutes

Hi. After some minutes, prismatik stops working and leds freeze. For restart them, I have to restart the pc. I use an arduino nano, 50 ws2812b and a dedicated psu for the lights. How can I solve? Thanks

I sort of have the same problem, LEDs stop responding but after opening the program again they work again for a few minutes.

i solved the problem by just changing the arduino from a "nano" to a nodemcu! now it works fine.

Did you change the device which the leds are connected to, or did you change a setting somewhere?

hell yes , this problem started for me few days ago too even if you change usb port and set new COM in settings program just lags out and can crash , and i cant make it run again unless i reboot PC

How many minutes are we talking about? Does Prismatik show the error icon or the normal icon, and does it report FPS?

I have this sometimes with resume from standby and I still didn't figure out what makes it happen.
