Light is of when full screen browser (Mac M1)

I'm using Macbook Pro M1 and when i use browser on desktop mode, everything is fine. But when i use browser with full screen mode, light is off and i'm can not turn it on until i'm exit full screen of browser.

full screen as in watching a video? (any video?) or when you put the whole app in fullscreen?

Just only on browser, when click Enter Full Screen icon, all led turn off, then few second all led restart by run 3 arround with 3 color and then turn off ever.

Edit: Sorry, I discovered my usb plug is 0.9A then when i set Overall brightness over 46 percent, all led is off and i see a notification from OS is "Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices"
