Missing XMPP URI support on Mac / Psi v0.16-dev-20130323

Prescribed issue: no option in Psi to change default URL handler xmpp: to Psi.

"In Mac OS X Tiger and later, you can call LSSetDefaultHandlerForURLScheme to register an app as the default handler for a protocol, as would be need for a common protocol such as http, or ftp." http://cocoadev.com/wiki/HowToRegisterURLHandler

Where is the preference stored? ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.LaunchServices.plist
