Sorry, I'm confused, are you saying this is already implemented?

@bqv xmpp clients and servers have a .doap file that declares supported XEPs https://xmpp.org/doap/psi.doap. So the reactions are supported partially "No allowed reaction handling / everything is allowed". I have no idea what does it mean. It might be added to the psi-plus-webkit or webengine.

@bqv: It has been added but it is in only one theme, @Ri0n can explain it.

Yep. Reactions available only in Bubble theme and only with Webkit/Webengine versions of Psi.

How to use it:

1. Install psi-plus-webkit
   • On Deian/Ubuntu sudo apt install psi-plus-webkit
2. Run the psi-plus-webkit command or in Start menu find "Psi+ WebKit"
3. Click on Options on the left top.
4. Appearance, Themes, Select Bubble, switch to the Group chat message style and select the Bubble too.
5. Open chat and hover cursor over message text and you'll see a heart sign under the avatar on left.
