[OS] [macOS] appcast is missing

Dear @psi-im team, @psi-plus team, @Ri0n, @Vitozz, @tehnick,

Have you planned to add the missing file for MacOSX ? -> https://psi-im.org/appcast/psi-mac.xml

In the same time, it can be renamed and moved to https://psi-im.org/appcast.xml or https://psi-im.org/stable-appcast.xml and https://psi-im.org/dev-appcast.xml.

What is this file for?

As far as I see this file is for auto update feature (using Sparkle). But all our builds for macOS have been build without this feature during long time. And I am almost 100% sure that it will not work with current state of code base. So we should bring this code to working shape or get rid of it completely.
