[OMEMO] [OpenPGP] [OTR] Disabled XMPP Accounts are showed in Account list of plugins

Dear @psi-im team, @psi-plus team, @Ri0n, @Vitozz, @tehnick,

Psi+ Some XMPP Accounts are disabled: Options -> Accounts -> not checked

Enabled plugins (for example):

• OMEMO plugin
• OpenPGP plugin
• OTR plugin

In plugins, disabled account are showed.

Looks like not a critical thing. Or at least you may want to manage keys while the account is disabled

No, if an account is disabled, we do not want to see.

Or it is the moment to show all and remove the feature to disable accounts.
