Linkify leader board

ND supports profile views. Please link the profiles from the leader board.

The avatar, Twitter Account and nPubKey do nothing when being clicked. Please linkify all of these.

  • Avatar should link to ND profile
  • Twitter Account should link to Twitter
  • nPubKey should link to a self-hosted njump. This would make the Profile column which disappears first on not so wide screens (My portrait mode screen for example) obsolete.

On my portrait mode screen, the above are all the columns I see. #30 addresses the status column
