Make the leader board "Popular on nostr" platform agnostic

Currently the leader board shows Twitter accounts and nostr data with a confusing status column.

Please change the column "Twitter Account" to "Platforms" and merge the status into this.

  • Show logos representing endorsement coming from and going towards each of the supported platforms
  • fromTwitter.png should be linked to the tweet endorsing this npub
  • toTwitter.png should be linked to nevent via njump that endorsed the Twitter account
  • add TG, Mastodon, ...
