I've added these `max_fee: 100, max_paths: 5` and it seems to have resolved it. I'm confused why max_paths is needed? and does lncli by default use it?

this is due to `getCountries` update call for `/smsApi.countries.json`. can you make it optional, fix it or remove it all together @LCozzoli ?

@deantchi did restart help in your case? I'm having similar issue with same signature and I've restarted the node multiple times but it only advances 1-2 blocks before halting again....
