WindowsError(22, 'The device does not recognize the command) while executing img_collect file

I am on windows using pycharm and python 2.7 version. i connected arduino with my laptop. but while training i get this WindowsError(22, 'The device does not recognize the command.')) error when hit my arrow keys. please reply @pseudoyim @hamuchiwa
