Of corse, the twitter license agreement would have to read the user will not use this to be spammy, and it is the person doing the tweeting who is responsible not the authors who created the program. The limit would also have to be 10 dms send per hour to keep the load down as well. A dialogue stating that the limit is 250 per day and this Might take some time along with the status that can be monitored some ehow might also be handy. Also long edms now that they are implemented would be handy, but this does not have to happen right away.

I'm just making suggestions here and since I cannot code to save my life except a bit of markdown, I cannot help as I don't twant to brake anything in this useful program.
