跟小程序的Tarbar做个融合

这个功能解决了什么问题？ 现在这个Tarbar 只能单页面，我想跨页面的话，只能用原生的TabBar。

你期望的功能是怎样的？ 预期期望能在taro这层实现，目前是基于custom-tab-bar实现的。
