text entry nodes not support selection v1.0.8

v1.0.8 installed 2023-03-05 from Google play store does not support text selection. Can use finger to select cursor position and the delete characters one-by-one. Minor UI annoyance.

This implements #28. I've done *no* testing on mobile, but: 1. It uses a QR library from rsc, which has no C dependencies 2. It works running the patched app...
