[ISSUE][SLUS_205.87]: Driv3r freezes and unfreezes during gameplay

Describe the issue

While I am playing Driv3r, the game will freeze for a few seconds and then unfreeze again. After it unfreezes, it plays fine for a little while then the same thing happens again (this will keep going until you turn it off). It seems to mostly do it when you're driving a car, though when you're just walking it freezes entirely and you have to start over.

Driv3r [SLUS_205.87] http://redump.org/disc/954/ USB flash drive is formatted to FAT32

My console is not modded, I am using the FreeDVDBoot method to access OPL, which is on the USB drive.

Can someone try to compress ISO to ZSO of this game and try it through USB with the latest build (currently OPL 2199)?

i could, but it'll be a little bit. my console's in storage right now because the psu is starting to fail and i haven't had time to mess with it. the soonest i've got time is probably towards the end of february, but i'll try to remember about this.
