[ISSUE][SLUS_212.17]: Disney-Pixar The Incredibles Rise of the Underminer has no sound in some cutscenes

Describe the issue

After you beat the first level the cutscenes from the second level onwards has no sound (and sometime have a "buzz" sound instead) i got so far to the "Magnomizer Guardian" level and the first cutscene does have audio but the one after you beat the boss does not. Later i tried again with mode 2 at the beginning of the game but while the cutscenes from the second level do have audio the video lags alot, and the FMV of the Incredibles movie at the beginning of the game only shows a green screen. I tried both SMB and USB and i got the same result
