[ISSUE]: Pad Macro functionality does not work

Describe the issue

The new Pad Macro functionality does not work, at least when trying to reverse the X or Y axis in any of the 2 analogue joysticks. I have tried this on the Jak and Daxter games, it does NOT work.

I know it's been a long time, so could you test this? This way we could close this problem.

@Jaajees @Nashismo Pad Macro doesn't work for me. Maybe Pad Macro only works when using PADEMU.
