If cheat engine is configured on global and .cht file missing, Don't display a error message regarding cheats loading.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The main purpose of this is to save the time that OPL spends displaying the message before loading game.

However, if you don't want to remove it, add a new lang string saying that cheat file couldn't be found, to avoid noobs asking the same question every time

This is intended to save time and stop noobs asking why OPL displays that error after setting up a widescreen hacks package

I agree, the current handling of this is not ideal, it looks like a harmful error. If there's voting, I'd vote for option 2: Display a note that no cheat file could be found. Simply suppressing it is not a good idea: Sure, noobs like me are easily confused, but we still want to know what's going on, if our cheat file has the wrong name or a bad format if we use one.
