[FR] Fix for 'incompatible' SATA mods

Describe the FR

As for PS2 Fat there is no better option than internal mod for NA from BitFunX which makes SATA drives to work as good as ATA in UDMA4 mode, I understand for fats this is only one option but what about slims with soldered ATA cable (or other mod)? I have 70004 with soldered mod that allows me to plug ATA (this setup is horrible, 3.5" HDD on PS2 slim) and SATA HDDs. As for ATA all works as intended but to find a drive that is in good working condition is rather hard nowadays.

As for SATA: these require MDMA2 mode unless drive is slower (I call it fully compatible with ps2, I guess SATA1), the same drives work with fat ps2 with bitfunx with no problem but again, with slims I'm unable just to replace mod for better one.

I heard from trusted person at psx-place who is no longer active at ps2 scene that this could be (possibly) fixed by code side, I'd gladly put pull request if I'd be able to program but unfortunately I am not...

Odd thing I found with this, I have one out of 5 SATA drives (slower one) that work in default xDMA mode and the same drive loads POPStarter games with no hassle, for less compatible drives I have to restart ps2 a lot untill it'll 'load correctly'.

Describe the solution you'd like

Just SATA drives works no matter bitfunx mod or not. Many people use non-bitfunx mods and have no idea it is a problem.

Describe alternatives you've considered

MX4SIO being as common as SDGecko for GameCube. :D

Additional context

I wish PS2 scene will be great with OPL in the podium.
