[ISSUE]: SLUS_218.00 Rock Band 2: Half of the song list works while the other portion doesn't.

Describe the issue

Starting alphabetically from "A Jagged Gorgeous Winter" to "Give It Away" works great, but digging even further from "Go Your Own Way" to the last song "You Oughta Know" freezes on the loading screen. I tried every mode in attempt of fixing this issue, including "Emulate DVD-DL" since it's a DVD9 game, and nothing worked. I then ran the .iso on PCSX2 to see if my copy was a dud and it wasn't as the other portion of the songs worked flawlessly.

Delta Patcher > Select a fix here (DualShock will replace Guitar) > Apply patch > OPL or Neutrino > Mode 5 > Works well
