[FR] Remember last selected cheats

Describe the FR

Everytime I wanna apply cheats every cheat in my list is automaticly activated and I have to manually deselect every single one first. Then I select the cheats I want and next time I start a game it doesn't remember the selection from last time.

Describe the solution you'd like

Could you make OPL so that on default ALL cheats are deselected and that OPL remembers the cheats you used last time?

I tried on 2 different PS2, but I only get a black screen
