[ISSUE]: Saving any config in OPL permanently disconnects the controller

Describe the issue

When saving config either for OPL or specific games, I cannot "escape" from the confirmation screen. The settings are apparently saved okay, but the controller seems to disconnect and pressing O to confirm/exit does not work. I have to do a hard reset to get control back.

Rolling back to 1.2.0.2201 worked around the issue.
