[ISSUE]: The issue with OPL sound has not been resolved yet

Describe the issue
There is sound when the PCSX2 emulator is turned on, but there is no sound on the PS2 console. And it hasn't been resolved yet
The latest version of OPL also went black on my PS2 console, making it impossible to access! My host is 77006. It has a non modified chip.

ps2sdk problem. But it still didn't fix it successfully
