[ISSUE]: Everybody's Tennis/Hot Shots Tennis does not work.

Describe the issue
On my PS2 Slim SCPH-90006 using OPL 1.1.0 it only gets to the title screen and freezes playing the music and some stripes appear on the screen,, but on my old Slim SCPH-70012 (which doesn't turn on anymore) it works without problems, on my SCPH-Slim 90006 the game is only playable using version 0.9.2.

game affected is Everybody's Tennis [SCES_545.35], http://redump.org/disc/18556/ When it gets to the title screen, it freezes playing music and some stripes appear covering the screen.
You have activated modes 1, 3 and 6 in the game from the options for each game and it still doesn't work for you
Hot Shots Tennis [SCUS_976.10] & Everybody's Tennis [SCES_545.35]:
OPL Stable 1.1.0 SMB - works well
OPL Beta 1.2.0 2201 SMB - works well (ISO & ZSO)
My PS2 model is SCPH-90008. I use redump images and don't use PADEMU, VMC, GSM.
@10522 I didn't use any of the game options, it just doesn't work with any other version except 0.9.2, and the iso isn't the problem, it works on my SCPH-70012.
I tested it on Everybody's Tennis/Hot Shots Tennis and it only works on OPL versions 0.9 and 0.9.2. From version 0.9.3 onwards it crashes when pressing STAR.
