[ISSUE]: OPL not always load configuration from internal HDD (APA) after upgrading to beta 2201
Checks

- [x] I am using either OPL latest stable version, or archived version or OPL beta version
Describe the issue
I upgraded OPL on two PS2's which have APA formatted internal hard drives as the only connected storage from 1.2.0 beta 2165 to beta 2201. This introduces a new problem: OPL is not always reading the configuration on the APA drive at start-up.
The PS2's are a SCPH-30004R with a Samsung HDD and a SCPH-50004 with a Seagate HDD. On the first one it reads in 70-80% of the times, in the second one only during about 40% of the start-ups.
I already deleted the configuration files and let it make new ones, but this doesn't change anything.
Reverting back to beta 2165 "solves" the problem.

Just a quick question fien0001 but did you resolve this issue?
I had a similar issue with a specific SSD APA formatted not loading on boot everytime using ps2bbl off a memory card. It works fine when booting off SSD using FHDB or the ps2bbl equivalent.
The only resolve I found to get it too boot everytime was loading it with another menu set up in OPL, such as the ETH , or MX4SIO menu. Its probably easier to go back to an earlier version of opl, but I did find that it booted up every time using this method. Hope it gets fixed in next update though.
I never solved it, unfortunately. And just gone back to beta 2165 which works fine for the games I play.
I had this issue for a long time, guess i am going to use beta 2165 until we get a fix, hope it is going to be soon :)
I have the same problem too, I have a 1TB Samsung 2.5 SATA hard drive and an original network adapter. Sometimes it doesn't load games or themes.
Having the same issue here with an APA formatted SSD with FreeHDBoot, using beta 2212 and just like the post, it not always load the config and i have to restart the PS2 to try again, I'll test with the beta 2165 I saw being mentioned a lot.
Same issue here, internal 1TB Seagate HDD, original modem, the problem happens in 2210 and 2212 as well. If i load anything else them load OPL, it finds the config files and load my settings normally.
