Sound effects still not working in the latest Run (2170) of OPL

@rickgaiser @fjtrujy This issue has already been fixed. As for why there is still no sound in run_build 2170, it’s because the Docker image was created after the build. In other words, each time OPL run_build is executed, it is actually compiled using the Docker image from the previous build.
