Describe the issue

Using a Bluetooth'd DS4 controller with Final Fantasy VII Dirge of Cerberus (Europe, Australia) causes the main character to walk when moving diagonally (character should run). Works fine when playing with DS2 plugged in

@BOTButtcheeks, don't use PADEMU as it has a lot of compatibility issues. Better use BlueRetro or Wingman PS2.
