Klonoa 2 Freezing/Crashing Too Often (and the save .cfg Little problem)

Describe the issue

These Freezing/Crashing problems happen when: I die, there is a scene change, or simply out of nowhere. I also had problems saving game settings in the OPL itself, I had to delete some games and the games.bin Just to save the .cfg
