[ISSUE]: Freedom Fighters (USA) stuttering on fmv and ingame - ETH

Describe the issue

When the game starts first fmv it starts stuttering, when ingame same problem.

Using ETH mode and tried modes 1, 2 and 6 and their combination and didnt solve the issue,

I'm having the same problem with this game. I have the game on an internal HDD, exFAT (I also tried it in the original PS2 format, running the game with HDDL Batch Installer). I've tried it in ISO and ZSO formats. Always the same problem. The game menu runs slowly and the videos stutter (the sound is fine). And I clarify that I'm using an older beta version of OPL, as the latest beta versions don't launch OPL and just stay on a black screen.
