Describe the issue
Game freezes (black screen) at the end of the cut-scene when Kate is done repairing the wooden horses mechanism in the bar/cabaret, in Romansburg. IGR is still possible. Freeze can be avoided if the cut-scene is skipped via a button press. I've tried compatibility modes 1, 2, 3 but to no avail.

It's the most recent file. Sorry for the delay, I had to start game from scratch. You need to select 50 Hz at the start to reproduce the bug.
@Pedrofsky, i found only one solution to this issue. You need to turn on Mode 4 to skip this FMV. After that you need to save the game and turn off Mode 4.
@10522, no need to enable mode 4, I can also skip the FMV manually by pressing START or triangle or cross. That's what I wrote in my original post.
@Pedrofsky, when I skip FMV manually the screen and the sound freezes, only Mode 4 can fix it. This happens at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz. This also happens in PCSX2 1.6.0 so this issue may not be OPL related.
@10522 it's weird because I can definitely skip the FMV without freezing the game. I've just done it, at 60Hz. I'm using OPL beta 1.2.0 2049 513e9b.
